“Upscale dining with a casual, neighborhood atmosphere”

Braise is a Willow Glen restaurant focusing on small and share plates with select main courses and a full craft cocktail bar.   Headed by Chef Anthony Jimenez, formerly of The Table, and Chef Josh Hanoka of Bray Butcher Block, Braise offers an upscale twist on classic comfort foods, meat savvy dishes, and a modern take on seasonal vegetables.

With a focus on quality, we rotate our menu regularly to incorporate locally sourced and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.  We also make many of our sauces, syrups, and toppings in-house from scratch.
